Program Description

Our Teens CrossFit Class helps young athletes build strength, endurance, and confidence. Designed for ages 13–17, this program combines functional training with proper technique, supporting sports performance and overall fitness. Our coaches ensure each workout is challenging, safe, and adaptable to individual skill levels.
